Curlie Q cake
Description
This is the last cake from my Fondant and Gumpaste class. It is a devil’s food cake, iced in buttercream and covered in fondant. I was really pleased with how well the fondant looked… very smooth and uniform. On top are some ribbons and curly-q’s made from a fondant gumpaste mix.
