UGA Cake
Description
My boss’s birthday was this month, so I surprised him with a logo cake of his favorite sports team – the Georgia Bulldogs! The cake is red velvet (in keeping with the Georgia theme), iced with white buttercream, and topped with a fondant logo G. I was happy with everything about this cake, except for the red outline. In hindsight, it should have been a thicker line.
